Friday Con Schedule

So pretty much directly after I wrote the previous article for my Thursday schedule Comic Con released the Friday schedule and therefore the planning had to begin. For my final day at The Con (have to leave Friday night because of work on Saturday, so lame) there are some great panels that are going to appear, but if I do it right here’s what will be in store for me.

Friday

Let's face it because of these women I may not make it to any panel.

Community: School Is Back In Session – 10:00-11:00

With most of the actors there this panel is sure to at least be entertaining. The new writers are rumored to be there, but not confirmed so the Q&A about Community’s 4th season may be a little lackluster. There’s been a lot of changes to the making of this show and it’s going to be interesting to see if they even address it. I’m going to probably have to cut out a bit early of this one to catch…

Adult Swim: The Venture Bros – 11:00-12:00

I’m mostly hoping for some give outs here because I’ll take Venture merch anyday. Love the show and with the voice of Dr. Venture and the show’s two creators it could be worth it. If I have to bail on a panel today though it’ll probably be this one.

AMC’s The Walking Dead – 1:25-2:25

Anyone that you might hope to see that has had a hand in this series is going to be there including new characters Michonne and The Governor. It says most of the discussion will be about the successful 2nd season, but I’m pretty sure the fans will try to steer it towards 3rd season discussion. With such a large panel it may be tough to hear a lot from your favorite characters, but it’ll damn sure be worth it. While I’m in here I think Jeff is going to have a hold a spot in line for us at…

Game Of Thrones Panel And Q&A Session – 2:45-3:45

Definitely the highlight for Friday. The problem here is that there’s also a Wreck-It-Ralph, Arrow, and Robot Chicken panels during this time. This is the clear choice, but those other three wouldn’t be bad either. Appearances for this panel include George Martin, characters Jon Snow, Theon Greyjoy, Robb Stark, & Daenerys Targaryen (yea baby). With the end of season 2 fresh in our heads with the rise of the White Walkers I’m sure the discussion is going to be quite entertaining.
